Akshaya Organics ("we," "us," or "our") provides this Exchange Policy for all products purchased through our website or other sales channels. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Mandatory Documentation

Unboxing Video Requirement

  • Customers must record an unboxing video while opening the delivered package
  • Video must clearly show the shipping label and order details
  • The complete unboxing process must be recorded in one continuous shot
  • Video must demonstrate the product condition and any damages if applicable
  • Video must be recorded in good lighting conditions
  • Date and timestamp must be visible in the video

Exchange Eligibility

Timeline and Conditions

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging with all tags intact
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Unboxing video submission is mandatory for all exchange requests
  • Claims without unboxing video evidence will be automatically rejected

Non-Eligible Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Products reported damaged after 2 days of delivery
  • Perishable goods including food and consumable items

Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Request

  • Contact customer service at support@akshayaorganics.com
  • Submit your order details and reason for exchange
  • Upload the unboxing video (file size limit: 100MB)

Step 2: Verification

  • Our team will review your exchange request and video evidence within 2 working days
  • Additional documentation may be requested if video quality is insufficient

Step 3: Product Return

  • Upon approval, we will arrange pickup through our courier partner
  • If pickup service is unavailable in your location, you must self-ship the product
  • Shipping costs for exchanges must be borne by the customer

Step 4: Quality Check
All returned products undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse.

Important Notes

No Refund Policy

  • We do not provide cash refunds or returns for any products
  • Only product exchanges are permitted for valid claims
  • Exchange is subject to product availability

Exceptions

  • Wrong product delivered (must be evident in unboxing video)
  • Damaged product received (damage must be captured in unboxing video)
  • Expired product delivered
